Everyone needs a Trivet

Even if we're cooking low and slow, that great food coming off the grill is still hot.

Where are you going to put it? 

How about a custom-made metal trivet. I've got a couple of these that I use to set the hot trays of food coming off the smoker. Best part is when you're not using them, they look great out.
